Branco Enterprises partnered with Ozarks Technical Community College and Paragon Architecture on the new Richwood Valley Technical Training Center in Nixa, Missouri. This 19,600-square-foot facility enhances the college’s higher education offerings by providing students with access to modern, real-world learning spaces needed for agriculture and electrical distribution majors. While training in the elements is important, having a dedicated space for the necessary technical training out of the elements will help ensure that students have a thorough understanding year round. Designed with workforce development in mind, the center features dedicated areas for pole climbing, bucket truck operation, transformer theory, live-line work, and CDL certification.
The project reflects Branco’s commitment to supporting higher education institutions and strengthening the pipeline of skilled trades professionals. By creating an environment where students gain the hands-on experience they need to succeed, this facility will play a lasting role in workforce development across the region.
