The Sagamore Hill Development is located on the northeast corner of Sunshine Street and National Avenue in Springfield, MO. This mixed-use retail space consists of 15 units spanning across three buildings. Two of the buildings are roughly 10,000 square feet with the third around 4,000 square feet.
The design features a sculptural brick screen, natural slate, added green space and improved storm water quality. Branco also performed infills for several of the business located in the new shopping center including Neighbor’s Mill Bakery, Duff Family Dental, Craft Sushi and Ozzie Smith IMAC Regeneration Center.
