Branco Enterprises, Inc. is a multi-faceted provider of construction services including: General Contracting, Design Build and Construction Management. We love what we do. General Contractor
As a General Contractor, Branco always has the owner’s best interests in mind. We treat the project as if it were our own and take pride in completing projects that are under budget and on schedule.
We believe that effective communication between the project team and owner is the foundation to a successful project. Our tenured team works with Owners, Design Professionals and Subcontractors throughout the project to manage it from start to finish.
Design-Build
Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. The Design-Build method allows your building partners to truly work together as a team and collaborate to design and build your project to best meet the needs and expectations you have.
Construction Management
Construction Management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. Construction Management is aimed at meeting a client’s requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
CMR
Although CM-R has only recently been allowed for public projects in the state of Missouri, we are extremely proud that we were awarded the first five CM-R educational projects in southwest Missouri. From libraries to $30 million industrial facilities we have completed numerous types and sizes of projects utilizing the CM-R delivering method.
The Construction Management At-Risk is a delivery method which entails a commitment by the construction manager to deliver the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The Construction Manager acts as a consultant to the owner in the development and design phases (pre-construction services), and as a General Contractor during construction. The Construction Manager acts in the Owner’s interest and must control construction costs to stay with the GMP.
Pre-Construction
Our team frequently uses the phrase “building partner” when discussing our role within your project. We truly want to collaborate your team, hear your ideas and goals to help us understand what your expectations are moving forward. We work with the design team during this phase and perform constructability reviews to avoid surprises later on in the project. We have decades of building experience. By being involved in the design phase we are able to add valuable insight that would otherwise be lost.
We will also be able to provide feedback to the designers regarding materials availability (long lead time items), and sequencing based on our experience in the construction industry. In addition to our own in-house resources, we will be able to utilize our industry relationships to engage expertise
outside of our firm for the more specialized systems review (mechanical, electrical, plumbing/fire protection, etc.) These reviews will provide valuable input to assist in tailoring the project design to the most efficient value for the Owner, while providing the desired services and functionality.
