After being destroyed by a tornado in April of 2017, the Neosho School District selected Branco Enterprises to help them build their new school. Branco provided the school a baseline budget based on anticipated space requirements and recent construction costs. The school, not knowing the amount of the insurance settlement, relied on Branco to provide accurate information and keep the budget lean while still providing the space and amenities they needed for a modern education facility.
We worked closely and diligently with the District and the design team to finalize drawings, prepare all bid packages, finalize estimates, complete and submit the necessary paperwork to the insurance company so they could finalize the settlement value and release the funds to allow construction to begin.
We completed this 49,500 square foot facility in 11 months. allowing the District to begin the 2019-2020 school year in their new home.
